What this site is
The site describes business process redesign services and allows you to send an enquiry. It is not a client portal, payment gateway, or software product. Information on the pages is general. A paid engagement exists only after a written proposal is accepted.
Accurate use
Do not misuse the site: do not attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt it; do not submit malware; do not use the contact form for spam, deception, or to impersonate another person. Automated scraping that degrades the service is not permitted. Search engine indexing of public pages in the ordinary way is allowed.
Enquiries
Sending a message does not create a professional mandate. We may decline work that sits outside process redesign or that we cannot take on. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for not including other people’s personal data unless you have a right to share it.
