What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. This site sets cookies only from its own domain. It does not load advertising networks or analytics tags that would set additional third-party cookies.

Your controls

On the first visit a banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, and Manage Preferences. After you choose, the banner closes. You can change the decision later with Cookie Settings in the footer. Browser controls can also delete cookies; if you delete the preference cookie, the banner will appear again.

Cookies actually used

GMSESSID

Type: strictly necessary, first-party, session.
Purpose: keeps a short-lived server session so the contact form can verify a CSRF token. Without it, forged submissions would be easier.
Duration: until the browser session ends.

gm_cookie_consent

Type: strictly necessary preference cookie, first-party.
Purpose: stores whether you accepted all cookies or necessary cookies only, so the banner does not reappear on every page load.
Duration: up to 180 days.

Optional cookies

There are currently no analytics, marketing, or embedded-media cookies. The Manage Preferences panel includes an optional group so a future addition can be refused or allowed without rebuilding the site’s consent model. Until such a cookie exists, Accept All and Reject Non-Essential result in the same technical cookies listed above; the recorded choice is still stored so your preference is honoured if optional cookies are introduced later.

Local storage

The same consent value may also be stored in the browser’s local storage as a backup when cookies are available. It contains only the consent string, not your contact form.
