Questions people ask before they commission the work
These answers match the services on this site. If a question is really about a different product — software, certification, or staffing — the answer will say so rather than stretch the offer.
What does GALINA MANOLII actually do?
The practice redesigns business processes: the operating path a piece of work follows from request to usable result. That includes diagnosis of the current path, reconstruction of a thinner owned path, redesign of handoffs and controls, and companion support while the new path is first run.
Is this the same as Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO documentation?
Those disciplines can be useful. This practice is not a certification body and not a toolkit franchise. If a current path is structurally wrong, local waste walks will not repair it. If you need an ISO file, hire an auditor. If you need the work to move, start with the path.
Do you sell or implement software?
No. Systems are treated as part of the path. The deliverable is operating design. A later IT project may use the requirements that fall out of that design. Software vendors are not paid through this site.
How long does an engagement take?
A diagnostic reading is typically measured in a small number of concentrated sessions plus writing time. A redesign programme takes longer because rehearsal with live cases cannot be faked. Exact duration is written in the proposal after the journey boundary is known.
Will you work with a team outside Moldova?
Yes, when remote evidence sharing and sessions are practical. The practice address is in Bălți. Travel is agreed in the proposal and is not assumed.
What language is used?
This website and written deliverables requested through it are in English. If a working session needs another language, that is discussed before work starts so nobody discovers a barrier in week two.
Who needs to be in the room?
The people who currently carry the journey, plus someone with authority to change the path. A steering group that has never touched the work cannot redesign it from memory.
How is confidential information handled?
Process maps and working notes stay within the engagement. They are not published as case trophies. The Privacy Policy explains what the website itself collects. A proposal can add stronger confidentiality terms if your legal team requires them.
Can you guarantee a percentage of cost or time saved?
No. Guaranteed savings claims would be guesswork dressed as a promise. The work aims for a path that is shorter, owned, and runnable. Results depend on whether the organization actually installs the path.
What does the first message need to contain?
Your name, work email, the journey that is under pressure, and a short description of what “done” should look like for that journey. Organization and role help with fit. Do not send personal data about your customers or staff in the first message.
