What this website collects

You can read the public pages without creating an account. Personal data is collected only when you choose to send it, or when the server needs technical information to deliver the page.

Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional organization and role, the topic you selected, your message, and the fact that you gave consent to a reply. This data is used to assess fit and to answer you. The legal basis is your request to enter a pre-contract conversation and, where required, your consent.

Email

If you write to info@digitalmadobs.my directly, we process the content of that correspondence for the same purpose.

Technical logs

Retention
