A practice for organizations that have outgrown informal process.
GALINA MANOLII is an independent business process redesign practice. The work sits with operations, not with a slide library. Clients are typically growing companies and public-adjacent teams whose documented procedures and lived work have drifted apart.
Who runs the work
The practice is named for the person who does the work. Engagements are not staffed by rotating junior teams. That is a deliberate limit: fewer parallel projects, closer attention to the actual operating path, and a single line of accountability from first map to handover.
The studio is in Bălți, at Stradela Muncii 15, MD-3501, Republica Moldova. Work is conducted in English with clients who want a precise operating design, and the website domain is digitalmadobs.my.
The professional stance is simple. A process is not a poster. It is the route a piece of work takes when the building is ordinary, the expert is on leave, and the customer is waiting.
Principles
How the practice stays honest
Design for the Tuesday version of the organization, not the offsite version.
Evidence before opinion
Current-state maps are built from live items, timestamps, and the people who touch the work. Interviews without artifacts are treated as clues, not as the design.
One owner for one outcome
Shared responsibility is often how delay hides. Redesign names who may accept work, who may release it, and who is allowed to create an exception.
Controls at the moment of risk
Checks belong where a defect would still be cheap to reverse. Spreading every control across every step makes the official path unusable and the shadow path inevitable.
No theatre of transformation
The practice does not invent global scale, fake case logos, or guaranteed savings percentages. Scope is written down. If a request is outside process redesign, it is declined or referred.
Methodology
Four movements, always in this order
Read
Select a journey that matters commercially or operationally. Collect the path as it is: entries, waits, loops, unofficial shortcuts, and the artifacts people actually trust.
Reconstruct
From the required outcome, draw a thinner path. Remove loops that exist only because ownership is vague. Place decisions where information already exists.
Rehearse
Walk a real case through the new path with the people who will run it. The map is not finished until a live item can travel without a narrator standing next to it.
Install
Leave a rhythm: cadence of review, exception handling, and a short record of what “good” looks like at each handoff. Implementation support is available when the first weeks need a companion. See services.
What “professional” means here
Confidentiality is default. Process maps often reveal bottlenecks people are tired of defending. Working notes stay with the engagement and are not reused as public trophies.
Language stays operational. The practice will not hide a simple ownership problem behind a framework name. If the issue is a missing decision right, the recommendation will say so.
