GALINA MANOLII sells scoped process redesign work, not a software licence and not an open-ended transformation programme. Fees are proposed after the journey, access, and working mode are clear. This page describes what you can buy and what you should not expect.
Diagnostic reading
Short engagement
A time-boxed reading of one critical journey. Used when leadership needs a shared picture of the current path before committing to redesign.
Includes: preparation call, evidence review, working sessions with the people who run the process, current-state map, friction brief, and a recommended next move.
Does not include: a full future-state design, staff training, or a software vendor shortlist presented as a diagnosis.
You provide: a named journey, access to recent live cases, and a counterpart who can convene the right people.

Redesign programme
Core offer
Reconstruction of an end-to-end operating path, usually following a diagnosis or an internal brief that already names the broken journey with enough honesty to start.
Includes: outcome definition, future-state map, ownership and decision table, handoff conditions, exception rules, rehearsal with live cases, and a written implementation sequence.
Does not include: hiring, payroll, legal representation, or building an IT system. Requirements for a later systems project can be written if they fall out of the path design.
You provide: decision rights to change the path, time with the operating team, and a willingness to retire steps that exist only as habit.
Service detail: end-to-end redesign · Handoff and control design can be folded in when the joints are the main failure.
A defined number of review cycles after a redesign, so the new path meets real volume with a named person still watching the joints.
Includes: cutover support, scheduled reviews, exception log, and a close note. The path may be adjusted where live evidence requires it.
Does not include: standing in as operations manager or an unlimited support desk.

How a proposal is priced
A proposal states scope, working mode (remote, Bălți, or mixed), session dates, deliverables, and fee. There is no public price list because the same label — “redesign” — is not the same amount of work in a five-person studio and in a plant with three shifts.
Work starts only after written acceptance of that scope. If the journey boundary has to move, the offer is revised rather than silently expanded. That is the same discipline the practice asks clients to apply to their own processes.
What you can expect in writing
Named services from this site, the journey under review, exclusions, confidentiality, and how either side can stop. Payment terms are stated in the proposal. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until that document exists.
